Working In Harmony is a team building workshop that works with groups of 10 to 40 people.
The workshop is three hours long. One hour of vocal technique, one hour where the group is separated into
three to four groups to learn a vocal line of a harmonic song, and the last hour puts the whole group back together
to teach the piece with all the harmonic lines and perform it for an audience.
The purpose is to understand the importance of each voicing and to be able to listen to the other voices while holding your part.
The workshop instills confidence in performance and aids individuals to listen as well as contribute to the overall idea.
The idea is the song and the individual is the instrument.
